For anything related to personal data, the contact is contact@nuvenhub.com.

Two things. The first is what you type into the contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number and a description of what you are looking for. None of it is needed to browse, only to send us a message.

The second is browsing data, and only after you accept: pages you opened, how long you stayed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, where you arrived from and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp. This is collected by Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our own audience measurement.

Also with your acceptance, when you submit the form the Meta Pixel additionally sends Meta your name, email and phone in scrambled form, known as a hash. It lets Meta recognise you among the people who saw our ads and tell us whether an ad worked. Meta does not receive those fields in readable text, and none of it happens if you decline.

We do not collect sensitive data, we do not ask for identity documents and we do not request payment details on this site.

The form is there so we can reply: understand what you need, prepare an analysis and send a quote. The legal basis is your own request, you came to us.

Browsing data is there for audience measurement and advertising: knowing which pages work, where people come from and whether our ads bring real enquiries. The legal basis here is your consent, and it is optional.

The cookie notice has two outcomes: accept everything, or essentials only. While you have not chosen, and also when you choose essentials only, no Google or Meta cookie is created and the Meta Pixel is not even downloaded by your browser.

Our own measurement is treated as essential and works without your acceptance, including when you choose essentials only, and it is only fair that you know this plainly: it is the visit counter of the NUVEN platform, the same one we offer our clients. It creates two first-party cookies, one for the session and one for the visitor, only to count visits and returning visits on our own panel. They stay between your browser and our server, are not shared with anyone and do not say who you are.

One thing does happen without your acceptance, and it is fair that you know: Google Analytics stays loaded in a denied state and tells Google that the page was opened. That signal goes without a cookie, without an identifier and without anything pointing to you, and it only lets Google estimate rough totals. It is the mechanism Google itself calls Consent Mode. If you accept, then the cookies are created and the measurement stops being anonymous.

Google LLC receives browsing data through Google Analytics, for audience measurement. Meta Platforms, Inc. receives browsing data through the Meta Pixel and, when you submit the form, your name, email and phone as a hash as well, for measurement and for advertising.

Messages from the form go through Resend, which sends them, and arrive in our e-mail inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the form and the chat box against bots.

What you write in the chat box in the corner does not go by e-mail: it goes straight to NUVEN's own platform, which runs on a server in Frankfurt, Germany. If the platform is down, the message goes out by e-mail through Resend so it is not lost.

Google, Meta, Resend, Cloudflare and our platform's server are outside Brazil, so this data leaves the country. That is an international data transfer, foreseen in the LGPD, and it is written here because the law requires you to know.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not build mailing lists.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records technical access data such as IP address and browser for a short period, for security and for the network to function.

We keep contact messages, and the conversations from the box in the corner too, for as long as the commercial relationship lasts. That includes the conversation of someone who left no phone and no e-mail. We do not delete them on a schedule, and it is fair that you know it plainly: there is no date on which they disappear by themselves.

Browsing data stays in Google Analytics and at Meta for the platforms' own retention periods, which are in the table above.

You choose in the notice that appears on your first visit. To change it later, use the buttons at the end of this page, at any time and without having to talk to anyone.

Withdrawal takes effect from the click. It does not undo what was already collected while consent was in force, and the law requires you to be told that too.

Under the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) you can, at any time and free of charge, ask for confirmation that we process your data, access what we hold, correct wrong information, request deletion, withdraw the consent you gave for measurement and advertising, and know who we share it with.
